All of our earrings are made to be durable to the elements and to an active and fun life. For most of our earrings they can be stored any way you like. FRINGE CARE: Fringe earrings (with hanging beaded strings) require a bit more care to keep the fringe hanging straight. The thread used to make them has a "memory" so we recommend to store them hanging or laying flat. If they get wet make sure that they are laid flat to dry. Extreme heat or steam can sometimes make the thread curl. If your fringe gets bent out of shape, don't fret! Secure to a flat surface like a table for 24 hours. I like to use Washi Tape because it doesn't leave behind a sticky residue. TARNISH: Most raw metals can tarnish over time - including sterling silver, brass, bronze. To prevent tarnishing make sure they are dried if they get wet. If tarnishing occurs, use a non-abrasive polishing cloth lightly on the metal.
