Intermediate Metalsmithing - Open Studios

This open metalsmithing studio is for anyone interested in working on an independent project, honing their skills, or repairing pre-loved jewelry. You must have attended at least one previous metalsmithing workshop (from other instructors or locations OK). All tools and equipment will be available for the following types of projects: fabrication, soldering, resizing, setting stones, stamping, sanding/polishing/finishing.

Raw materials will be available for purchase at wholesale cost, including sterling silver, brass, and copper (sheet, wire, small components). If you would like to work with gold or gold-filled materials, you should plan to bring your own materials or contact Aurora at least 10 days in advance to order. Aurora will be there to help provide instruction and support, but this is not a guided project.
